A jury found David Louis Aguilar guilty of aggravated robbery. After finding true two enhancements for prior felony convictions, the jury assessed punishment at thirty years' confinement. In three issues, Aguilar contends that the evidence is legally and factually insufficient to support his conviction and that the trial court erred in denying his request to instruct the jury on the lesser-included offense of assault.
