Motion sequence numbers 010 and 011 are consolidated for disposition.

In motion sequence number 010, defendant Ernst & Young Cayman Islands (EYCI) moves to strike certain opinions submitted by the plaintiffs' expert.

In motion sequence number 011, EYCI moves for summary judgment (CPLR 3212) dismissing the remaining cause of action for negligence.
