OPINION

PER CURIAM:

In this appeal, we consider whether a corporate bylaw is invalid when it contravenes the voting requirements of the corporation's articles of incorporation. We conclude that a corporation's bylaw is void to the extent that it is inconsistent with the corporation's articles of incorporation. Based upon this conclusion, we next consider whether an amendment to the bylaws is likewise invalid when it is adopted under the invalid bylaw...
