Before the Court is the Defendant's motion to dismiss the complaint. The complaint alleges seven causes of action. Causes of Action I, II, and III seek a judgment declaring the debt due from Defendant to Plaintiffs to be nondischargeable pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2)(A), § 523(a)(4), and § 523(a)(6).
