A Richmond County grand jury accused David Scott Hallford of burglary, possession of tools for the commission of a crime, aggravated stalking, interference with a 911 call, and family violence battery. Pursuant to a negotiated plea, Hallford pled guilty to burglary, possession of tools for the commission of a crime, and family violence battery, and the remaining two charges were nolle prossed.
