Petitioner Jhon Fredy Vallejo Piedrahita, a native and citizen of Colombia, petitions for review of a Board of Immigration Appeals ("BIA") decision denying his application for asylum and withholding of removal. Because Piedrahita fails to raise relevant issues in his opening brief and because the BIA's decision is supported by substantial evidence, we deny the petition.
