MEMORANDUM OPINION

Presently before the Court is defendant's Motion [51] to Dismiss Forfeiture Allegation of the Superseding Indictment. Upon consideration of the motion, the opposition and reply thereto, oral arguments made at a hearing, the applicable law, and the record herein, this Court finds that defendant's motion [51] should be DNIED.
