This appeal principally concerns whether acting Police Chief Robert Henneman ("Henneman"), as a witness testifying at police disciplinary hearings, is absolutely immune from civil liability for offering allegedly perjurious testimony at those hearings. Plaintiff-appellant Dennis Rolon ("Rolon"), a police officer in the town of Wallkill, New York, also alleges that police officer Ari Moskowitz ("Moskowitz") falsely accused him of misconduct...
