Martha Miller appeals the circuit court's judgment denying her Rule 24.035 motion after an evidentiary hearing. Miller pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter in the first degree and was sentenced to ten years. In this appeal, Miller alleges her plea counsel was ineffective by misinforming her that she would be eligible for parole after serving only forty percent of her sentence, instead of eighty-five percent as required by § 565.024...
