This action for divorce was commenced on or about April 25, 2005. A divorce was granted to the plaintiff after inquest on May 9, 2007 on the ground of constructive abandonment. Entry of judgment was held in abeyance pending disposition of the ancillary issues that were tried before the court on June 5, August 8, September 4, September 21, October 24, November 5, and December 11, 2007.
