¶ 1. This is an appeal from the Circuit Court of Lee County wherein Green-Save, Inc., and Walter J. Fleishhacker (collectively "Green-Save") filed suit against Tommy Morgan, seeking damages for alleged fraud in the sale of 2.1 acres of land.
