OPINION AND ORDER

DANIEL R. DOMINGUEZ, District Judge.

Pending before the Court is Defendants', TL Dallas (Special Risks) Ltd., and Hambruger Versicherungs AG, Motion for Summary Judgment (Docket Nos. 20, 21, 22). There being no opposition from Plaintiffs, the Court will treat Defendant's Statement of Uncontested Material Facts (Docket No.22), as admited and use them as basis for the disposition of the motion for summary judgment.
