Appellant Murray Hammer was convicted by a jury of two counts of indecency with a child and sentenced to fifteen years confinement in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. On appeal, Hammer asserts the trial court erred in excluding impeachment evidence of the complainant's previous false allegations of sexual assault in violation of the Confrontation Clause.
