Vasily Savchuck petitions for review of a July 14, 2006 decision of the Board of Immigration Appeals ("BIA") affirming the March 10, 2000 decision of Immigration Judge Alan Vomacka ("IJ") upholding Savchuck's removability under 8 U.S.C. § 1227(a)(2)(A)(ii) and denying his application for asylum, withholding of removal, and relief under the Convention Against Torture ("CAT").
