In an opinion issued on March 23, 2007, this Court reversed Terry Harris's guilty-plea conviction for one count of operating as an unregistered investment-advisor representative, a violation of § 8-6-3(b), Ala. Code 1975, and his resulting sentence of five years' imprisonment on the ground that Harris had been denied his constitutional right to counsel. Harris v.
