The current appeal involves the interpretation of a sewer subscription contract in which the City of St. Joseph ("St. Joseph") agreed to treat sewage delivered to it from two smaller neighboring suburbs, the Village of Country Club ("Country Club") and the Lake Contrary Sewer District ("Lake Contrary") (together "subscribers"). St. Joseph sought, and was denied, a declaratory judgment and mandatory injunction ordering the subscribers...
