By way of petition for writ of mandamus and interlocutory appeal, Bath Junkie Franchise, Inc. ("Bath Junkie") seeks relief from the trial court's denial of its motion to compel arbitration. In a single issue, Bath Junkie contends that the trial court abused its discretion in denying the motion. We have consolidated the two proceedings and dispose of them simultaneously.
