After the plaintiff, Michael Bratton ("Bratton"), who has Crohn's disease, was terminated from his job as a train conductor with the defendant, CSX Transportation, Inc. ("CSX"), he brought this action claiming that he was treated differently because of a handicap in violation of Massachusetts General Laws chapter 151B, section 4(16).
