¶ 1 Defendant Nathaniel Thomas Yount appeals the trial court's denial of his motion to suppress evidence obtained through a subpoena and subpoena duces tecum served on his medical provider. Defendant asserts that the trial court correctly determined that the State's failure to give him notice of the subpoena rendered it an unreasonable search and seizure of his medical records.
