In this declaratory judgment action involving insurance proceeds, Sandra Blanding appeals the master's grant of summary judgment in favor of Long Beach Mortgage Company, Washington Mutual, Inc., and Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Long Beach Mortgage Loan Trust. We affirm.1
