Douglas Joel Aho filed a petition for review of an Idaho Transportation Department order suspending Aho's driver's license. The district court dismissed the petition after Aho failed to file a brief within the time limit specified by the court's scheduling order. Aho filed a motion to set aside the dismissal, which the district court denied, and Aho appeals. We vacate the order denying Aho's motion to set aside the dismissal, and we remand for further...
