On April 13, 2006, Benjamin Pratt pleaded guilty to three counts of conspiracy: to import marijuana, to possess with the intent to distribute marijuana, and to commit money laundering. He was sentenced to eighty-four months' incarceration. Pratt now challenges his plea and sentence with respect to only the money laundering conspiracy charge. We conclude, however, that his appeal is barred by the waiver...
