After a three-day trial, a jury convicted Diana Piesak of attempting to manufacture ecstasy in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846. The district court sentenced Piesak to 18 months' imprisonment and two years' supervised release. In this appeal, Piesak argues that the evidence was not sufficient to support a conviction.
