Raj Mallick appeals the district court's denial of his motion for relief from judgment under Rule 60(b)(5) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. He claims his agreement with eDebt Management, Inc., to which Richard Smith had assigned the judgment, discharged the judgment against him. We agree and reverse the district court's denial,
