In these consolidated proceedings, Security Service Federal Credit Union ("SSFCU") complains of the trial court's failure to compel arbitration of claims brought against it by several accountholders. Because we conclude the trial court should have compelled arbitration under an arbitration agreement governed by the Federal Arbitration Act ("FAA"),2
