Appellant, World Savings Bank, F.S.B. ("the Bank"), appeals a summary judgment in favor of appellee, Carol Gantt. The Bank raises two issues on appeal. First, the Bank claims the trial court erred in granting Carol's summary judgment and finding the Bank's mortgage subject to a canceled lis pendens.
