¶ 1 The City of Bonney Lake appeals the superior court's decision reversing the Bonney Lake city council's denial of a preliminary plat proposed by Milestone Homes, Inc. To meet code density requirements as to number of lots per acre, Milestone included in its plat proposal five neighboring and previously platted and developed lots. Bonney Lake contends that the city council properly interpreted the municipal code in rejecting Milestone's plat application...
