Appellant Sheila Davis1 sued Dallas County Schools (DCS) alleging DCS terminated her employment in retaliation for filing a workers' compensation claim. DCS filed a plea to the jurisdiction, arguing the trial court did not have subject matter jurisdiction over this claim because appellant failed to exhaust her administrative remedies....
