¶ 1 Over a period of years, Douglas Wilson sexually abused a neighbor boy who was doing yard work on property belonging to the Wilson marital community. When Mr. Wilson's criminal activity came to light, he agreed to a divorce settlement with his wife whereby she received almost all the community assets.
