Mr. Billy Ramsey appeals the judgment granting the State's petition for reimbursement for incarceration against him. He argues that the trial court erred in granting the petition because the State did not meet the statutory requirement set forth in section 217.827(1)(b)b1 of the Missouri Incarceration Reimbursement Act (MIRA). We dismiss the appeal.
