This is a restricted appeal from a final declaratory judgment in a bond-validation suit. Appellee, Waller Independent School District ("WISD"), has moved to dismiss the restricted appeal of appellant, David Narmah. Both parties have fully briefed the jurisdictional issue. Concluding that Narmah may not take a restricted appeal from a judgment in this type of suit, we grant WISD's motion and dismiss the appeal. See TEX.R...
