Scott A. Peitz, the Plan Administrator for the estate of Bridge Information Systems, Inc. ("Bridge"), brought this adversary proceeding seeking to avoid as preferential under 11 U.S.C. § 547(b), 15 transfers totaling $24,100,522.74 that Bridge remitted to MOCA. MOCA concedes that the payments were preferential under § 547(b), but nonetheless argues that Plan Administrator may not avoid...
