A jury found Appellant Todd Wayne Swaffar guilty of driving while intoxicated (DWI), and the trial court sentenced him to fifteen days' confinement and a $2,000 fine. On appeal, Appellant contends in a single point that the trial court erred by denying his motion to suppress. Because we hold that no reasonable suspicion supported the stop and that the State did not prove that the stop was justified as a community caretaking...
