{¶ 1} Appellants, Cuyahoga County Department of Children and Family Services, its director, James McCafferty, and its employee, Gina Zazzara, appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeals for Cuyahoga County, which reversed the trial court's grant of summary judgment in their favor.
