Phillip Washington appeals from the judgment correcting his sentence issued by the Circuit Court of Jackson County on December 15, 2006. Washington was convicted by a jury of two counts of first-degree robbery in violation of section 569.0201 and one count of armed criminal action in violation of section 571.015.
