¶ 1 The parents of Lawrence Jr. ("Lawrence") challenge the severance of their parental rights. In this opinion, we examine whether the jury instruction on the best interests of the child was legally sufficient.1 Because we find that the instruction was legally defective, we vacate the verdict and judgment finding that the termination of parental rights was in the child's best interests and remand...
