{¶ 1} Following a jury trial, defendant-appellant, David Griffin, was found guilty of felony murder, under R.C. 2903.02(B), and voluntary manslaughter, under R.C. 2903.03(A). Each offense related to the death of Eric White. Griffin had stipulated to accompanying repeat-violent-offender specifications. The trial court imposed 15 years' to life imprisonment for Griffin's felony-murder conviction and a consecutive ten years...
