Appellant Harvey Bond, Jr., was convicted by a Miller County jury of one count of rape, one count of rape as an accomplice, and one count of permitting the abuse of a minor for the molestation of his daughter, C.B. Bond was sentenced to the following consecutive terms of imprisonment: twenty years for rape, ten years for being an accomplice to rape, and ten years for permitting the abuse of a minor.
