Appellant Michael B. Daniels appeals from a jury verdict finding him guilty of capital murder and aggravated robbery. Daniels, who had committed two prior serious violent felonies, received a mandatory life sentence for the aggravated-robbery conviction. For the capital-murder conviction, the jury sentenced Daniels to death by lethal injection. We affirm the judgment of conviction for premeditated and deliberated capital murder but reverse...
