A jury convicted Appellant Nikolai Ivanov Karenev on one count of harassment. The trial court sentenced him to 120 days' confinement in Denton County Jail, probated for eighteen months, and a $500 fine. On appeal, Appellant challenges the constitutionality of section 42.07(a)(7) of the Texas Penal Code, the legal sufficiency of the evidence, and the jury charge.
