Appellant Wilma Lee appeals from a summary judgment in favor of Mark Martindale, M.D., and Gordon Schally, M.D., arguing that genuine issues of material fact remain as to the doctors' negligence. We agree that some issues of fact remain as to Dr. Martindale, and we therefore reverse the summary judgment in part as to him. We affirm the summary judgment in favor of Dr. Schally.1
