The State charged Roberto Alonzo Jr., with the Class B misdemeanor of driving while intoxicated (DWI). See Tex. Penal Code Ann. § 49.04(a) (West 2003). Following the trial court's denial of Alonzo's motion to suppress, Alonzo pleaded no contest.
