PER CURIAM.

In 2003, petitioner Michael Eugene Bradshaw was found guilty by a jury of attempted first-degree murder and possession of a firearm by certain persons. He was sentenced as a habitual offender to eighty years' imprisonment. The Arkansas Court of Appeals affirmed. Bradshaw v. State, CACR 04-510, 2004 WL 2900368 (Ark.App. Dec. 15, 2004).
