The Trustee of a bankruptcy estate, Stacia L. Yoon, sought the turnover of funds that were in Alesia Minter-Higgin's credit union account when Minter-Higgins filed her Chapter 7 bankruptcy petition. However, the funds in the account had since been depleted because the bank honored checks and debit card payment requests that predated the bankruptcy petition.
