This appeal stems from a health liability claim filed by Appellees Kia Bailey and Larry Bailey (collectively "Baileys"), initially, solely against Dr. Albert E. Sanders. Dr. Sanders was dismissed and severed from the suit pursuant to Section 101.106(f) of the Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code.
