This appeal arises from a bankruptcy proceeding initiated by the appellants, Richard Jackson and Angela Shelton. They appeal a September 12, 2007, ruling by the bankruptcy court (Krechevsky, J), finding that the term "loss of future earnings" as used in 11 U.S.C. § 522(d)(11)(E) refers only to post-bankruptcy petition future
