Williams ("Defendant") was charged with two counts of forcible rape, in violation of section 566.030.11 (Counts 1 and 3), and, in the alternative, two counts of statutory rape in the second degree, in violation of section 566.034 (Counts 2 and 4). Following a jury trial, Defendant was convicted on Counts 1 and 3 of forcible rape, and Counts 2 and 4 of second-degree statutory rape were dismissed....
