MARQUARDT, J.

Richard A. Miller appeals a jury's verdict which found that he is a sexually violent predator subject to indefinite civil commitment. We affirm.

In 1980, Miller kidnapped a teenage girl from her home, kept her for 8 to 10 hours, and committed several sexual acts with her. Miller was convicted of one count of aggravated sodomy.
