[¶ 1] According to the judgment and sentence entered by the district court, Appellant, Mark Javorina (Javorina), was convicted of larceny, under Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 6-3-402(a) and (c)(i) (LexisNexis 2007) and possession of stolen property, Wyo. Stat.
