Joseph and Terry Kiesel appeal the trial court's order dismissing their claims against Rentway, Maytag Corporation, and Crosley Corporation. In ten issues, the Kiesels generally contend the trial court erred in granting appellees' no-evidence motions for summary judgment. In their eleventh issue, the Kiesels argue that if we reverse as to one defendant, we should reverse as to all. For reasons set out below, we reverse...
